A lava cave formed by Mount Fuji's eruption. The lava shelves spreading underground maintain low temperatures year-round, and because ice once accumulated naturally here, it became known as 'Fugaku Kazahana.'
Designated as a National Natural Monument, it continues to tell the story of the geological value brought about by volcanic activity.
