Sakai

Sakai City is located in northern Fukui Prefecture and is known for famous attractions such as Tojinbo with its dramatic cliffs and Maruoka Castle, one of Japan's twelve original castles. Visitors can enjoy Mikuni Onsen hot springs along with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, and Fukui Airport is also located within the city.
