Yoshinogari

Yoshinogari Town in Saga Prefecture is home to the Yoshinogari Archaeological Site, one of Japan's largest Yayoi period ruins. The Yoshinogari Historical Park, built on the site of an ancient moated settlement, features reconstructed pit dwellings and raised storehouses that bring ancient Japanese life to vivid reality.
