Yasugi

Yasugi City in Shimane Prefecture is renowned nationwide for the Adachi Museum of Art, whose Japanese garden has been ranked first in Japan for 20 consecutive years. The city is also famous for Gassan-Toda Castle, a strategic mountain fortress from the Sengoku period, and the traditional Yasugi-bushi folk song featuring the humorous loach-scooping dance.
