Wakasa

Wakasa Town is located in the mountainous area of eastern Tottori Prefecture and is known as the terminal station of the Wakasa Railway. Wakasa Station features a turntable that is still in operation today, making it popular among railway enthusiasts. Mount Hyonosen, standing at 1,510 meters, towers over the southern part of the town and offers hiking and skiing opportunities.
