A community hub driving reconstruction and revitalization efforts
Futaba Town Industry and Exchange Center (F-BICC) functions as a facility dedicated to recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear disaster.
Working in conjunction with the adjacent Legacy Center, it serves as a learning space to pass on the memories and lessons of the disaster to future generations, while advancing community reconstruction through industrial promotion and regional exchange.
