Ninohe

Ninohe City in northern Iwate Prefecture is a historic town known for the ruins of Kunohe Castle from the Sengoku period. Surrounded by the beautiful Cassiopeia mountain range, it's also famous for traditional Nanbu senbei rice crackers.
