Takamatsu

Takamatsu City, the capital of Kagawa Prefecture, is nationally famous as the home of Sanuki udon noodles. The city features historic attractions including Ritsurin Garden, one of Japan's three most beautiful gardens, Yashima island known for the Genpei War battles, and Tamamo Park with Takamatsu Castle ruins.
