Ota

Ota City in Gunma Prefecture is known as an industrial city where SUBARU's main factory is located. The ruins of Kanayama Castle, a mountain fortress from the Warring States period, are designated as a national historic site, and the city is also the birthplace of Nitta Yoshisada, a warrior from the Nanbokucho period.
