Tatebayashi
Tatebayashi City in Gunma Prefecture is known for Tsutsuji-ga-oka Park, where about 10,000 azalea plants bloom in spring. The city is also famous for Morin-ji Temple, associated with the folktale of the magic tea kettle, and Tatebayashi udon noodles. It's the birthplace of Meiji-era politician Tanaka Shozo.
