Miyazu

Miyazu City, located on the Sea of Japan coast in northern Kyoto Prefecture, is nationally famous for Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views. Chionji Temple stands at the base of Amanohashidate, attracting many visitors. The historic Miyazu Catholic Church is also located within the city.
