Sotogahama

Located at the northernmost tip of the Tsugaru Peninsula in Aomori Prefecture, Sotogahama is known for Cape Tappi, the northernmost point of Honshu. The town features the Tsugaru Strait Winter Scene Monument overlooking the strait, and the Seikan Tunnel Memorial Museum where visitors can learn about the undersea tunnel connecting Honshu and Hokkaido.
