Tsuruta

Tsuruta Town in Aomori Prefecture is known for the beautiful wooden Tsuru-no-Maihashi Bridge spanning across Lake Tsugaru Fujimi. The 300-meter bridge is one of Japan's longest wooden triple-arch bridges. The town is also famous for cultivating Steuben grapes, a sweet specialty variety deeply rooted in the local region.
