Yaotsu

A town in southern Gifu Prefecture, known as the birthplace of diplomat Chiune Sugihara, who saved many Jewish lives during World War II. The town features the Chiune Sugihara Memorial Museum and Jinmichi-no-oka Park, where visitors can learn about peace and humanitarianism.
