Kitsuki

Kitsuki City in Oita Prefecture is a historic town that preserves the atmosphere of an Edo-period castle town. The city is characterized by beautiful slopes centered around Kitsuki Castle, where visitors can enjoy the scenery of samurai residences and merchant houses. Traditional culture such as Kitsuki Shūrakukan Noh is also preserved.
