Tsuyama

Tsuyama City is a historic castle town located in northern Okayama Prefecture. The ruins of Tsuyama Castle are counted among Japan's three great hilltop castles and attract many visitors as a cherry blossom viewing spot in spring. The local specialty Tsuyama Hormone Udon, featuring fresh offal with special sauce, is a nationally renowned regional delicacy.
