Ashikaga

Ashikaga City is a historic city located in southern Tochigi Prefecture, famous for Ashikaga School, known as Japan's oldest school, and Bannaji Temple, the family temple of the Ashikaga clan. The city is also renowned for the beautiful wisteria flowers at Ashikaga Flower Park and traditional Ashikaga textiles.
