Ohtawara

Located in northern Tochigi Prefecture, Otawara City is renowned for its premium Otawara beef. The city is also known as the birthplace of Nasu no Yoichi, a famous archer from the Heian period, and features historic sites including the ancient Zen temple Ungan-ji.
