Natori

Natori City in southern Miyagi Prefecture is home to Sendai Airport, the gateway to the Tohoku region. The area has flourished since ancient times, with burial mounds like Raijinyama Kofun scattered throughout, and red clams are harvested from the Natori River estuary area.
