Suo-Oshima

Suo-Oshima Town is an island in the Seto Inland Sea of Yamaguchi Prefecture, famous for its mandarin orange cultivation in the warm climate. The town has a history of sending many immigrants to Hawaii since the Meiji era and is known as the birthplace of lyricist Hoshino Tetsuro.
