Hagi
Hagi City in Yamaguchi Prefecture is a historic town that preserves the atmosphere of an Edo-period castle town. It is famous for the old townscape of Hagi Castle Town, Shokasonjuku Academy associated with Yoshida Shoin, and traditional Hagi pottery.
